7 Day WordPress Emergency Support - Questions
By all means! The 7Care service is primarily intended for online stores (but not only) whose weekend downtime can result in loss of business.
The service includes:
- Unlimited emergency support – supervision of the site operation 7 days a week (including holidays).
- Response to an emergency and taking action.
What is a Failure?
A complete stoppage of the website’s operation or other obstacle that completely prevents the proper use of the website, including a situation in which it is not possible to place an order, if the website offers such a possibility.
The service does not include:
- Content editing,
- changing banners, sliders,
- installation, removal, and configuration of plugins,
- CSS changes,
- adding/deleting articles to the blog,
- e-mail consultations with the contractor regarding the WordPress Site being operated,
- providing advice, instructions, guidance, answers to questions,
- work of the contractor outside the designated hours during which the 7Care service operates,
- removal of defects that do not affect the possibility of purchase and others that do not significantly affect the operation of the website for the user,
- telephone or other contact with the contractor other than by e-mail.
The service includes the contractor’s work in case of an emergency from 08:00 to 16:00 CEST, 7 days a week.
You can purchase the service at any time during our cooperation. Remember, however, that activation is only possible on business days, which means that we recommend that you purchase it before a possible failure.
If you cancel your 7Care subscription, re-activation is possible after 3 months.
The purchase of a subscription is only possible as an extension of the subscription of an active care package – packages available here.
One 7Care service covers one WordPress site that is under our care in any package. Choose the sites you want to have in the 7Care option as well. It could be all of them, or maybe just one. Keep in mind, however, that we will only be able to help with weekend breakdowns for those websites that have 7Care service purchased, activated and assigned.
